Madamba Builders is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our field operations, ensuring that every project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.
As a Project Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of construction activities. You will act as the primary point of contact on-site, bridging the gap between project management and labor crews. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction operations to ensure site productivity and adherence to project schedules.
- Supervise subcontractors and direct labor to maintain high-quality workmanship.
- Ensure all site activities comply with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and internal safety policies.
- Monitor material inventory and equipment usage to minimize waste and optimize budget allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve technical challenges on-site.
- Maintain accurate daily site logs and progress reports for management review.
- Enforce strict quality control standards throughout the various phases of construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction management field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site supervision or a similar construction field role.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and construction management software/tools.
- Valid professional license (e.g., PRC) is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong commitment to safety, integrity, and operational excellence.
