ETP Ventures Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Supervisor to join our dynamic construction team in Puchong, Selangor. As a key contributor to our ongoing projects, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful and timely completion of construction activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating daily workforce activities, monitoring project progress against planned schedules, and enforcing strict compliance with safety protocols and regulations. You will serve as the primary point of contact between management and site workers, communicating project specifications, addressing concerns, and ensuring that all construction operations run smoothly and according to plan.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily workforce activities on construction sites to ensure optimal productivity
- Monitor project progress and implementation against schedules and quality standards
- Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Liaise between project managers, contractors, and workers to facilitate effective communication
- Document site activities, prepare progress reports, and maintain accurate records
- Address and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction operations
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in site supervision or construction coordination
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid construction-related certifications or licenses will be an added advantage
