Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and calibrate automated entrance systems including sliding doors, swing doors, and access control solutions
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of automated door mechanisms and electronic components
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of installations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize client downtime
- Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and building codes
- Provide excellent customer service, including system demonstrations and client training
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and system configurations
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in automated entrance systems
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in installing or maintaining automated door systems or similar electromechanical equipment
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, and mechanical components
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Physical ability to handle installation work, including lifting and working at heights
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship/residency status
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
