As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of property administration. This includes managing tenant relationships, administering lease agreements, and coordinating essential maintenance services. You will play a key role in tracking rent payments, maintaining accurate records, and preparing basic reporting to support management decisions. We are looking for a proactive individual who can maintain high standards of service while efficiently handling multiple administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tenant inquiries and resolve property-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Administer lease agreements, ensuring all terms are documented, signed, and compliant with regulations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance contractors to schedule repairs and ensure the physical condition of the property meets standards.
  • Track rental payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Organize and update property files, ensuring all documentation is current and easily accessible.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure asset protection.
  • Prepare and submit basic reporting on occupancy rates and property performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property administration, leasing, or facilities management.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian tenancy laws and property management regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
