CPG Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated Property Executive to join our team at a specialized site in Punggol. This role involves overseeing camp operations dedicated to Outdoor Adventure Activities, ensuring that facilities are safe, operational, and welcoming for all users during the night shift.
In this role, you will play a critical part in the seamless operation of our client's site. You will be the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries during night hours, managing site security, coordinating maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all outdoor activity equipment and grounds are maintained to the highest standards. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Oversee site operations during the 12-hour night shift, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage routine maintenance and ad-hoc repairs.
- Manage the scheduling and preparation of outdoor adventure activity sites to meet client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure facility cleanliness and structural integrity.
- Handle incident reporting and emergency response procedures during night hours.
- Maintain accurate logs of all site activities, visitor logs, and equipment status.
- Liaise with clients to provide prompt resolutions to property-related issues.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities operations, property management, or estate maintenance.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting purposes.
- Prior experience managing outdoor adventure or recreational facilities is an advantage.
