Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
- Act as the primary liaison for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Supervise third-party vendors and contractors, including cleaning, security, and facility maintenance services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and building compliance.
- Manage tenancy administration, including lease renewals, arrears monitoring, and handover processes.
- Prepare monthly operational reports and budget variance analysis for management review.
- Ensure all facilities adhere to building codes and workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management, commercial leasing, or facility operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and property management software.
- Deep understanding of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
