Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Management team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist in managing tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors for property repairs and upkeep, scheduling appointments and following up on service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, tenant files, and financial documentation.
  • Support the preparation of property reports, lease agreements, and other official correspondence.
  • Conduct periodic property inspections to ensure standards are met and identify maintenance needs.
  • Assist in the collection and processing of rental payments and other related financial transactions.
  • Contribute to fostering positive tenant relations and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A fresh graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
