Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in reporting and record-keeping.
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
