Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the overall property management operations for assigned condominium properties
  • Ensure effective maintenance and upkeep of common areas, facilities, and building systems

  • Supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality standards are met
  • Prepare and manage property maintenance budgets and monitor expenditure

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field

  • Familiarity with Singapore's Housing Developers Act and condominium management regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and property management software
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Valid Singapore driving license is an added advantage
