Responsibilities
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions accurately and on time.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain quality materials at competitive prices.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure all orders comply with brand guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Track order status, manage expediters, and address delays or issues with suppliers.
- Maintain and organize procurement records, reports, and supplier contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, logistics, and accounting to optimize procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems; strong MS Excel skills for data analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time-management.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local supplier networks in Metro Manila is a plus; bilingual communication is a plus.
