Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve cost savings.
- Maintain updated records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and specifications.
- Track order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Support procurement team in developing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or as a buyer.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management principles.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
