In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our production lines run without interruption. You will work closely with both the Procurement Manager and Logistics Supervisor to manage end-to-end procurement processes. This includes raising and approving purchase orders, selecting and evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with logistics providers to track shipments. Your meticulous attention to detail will directly impact cost efficiency, and your strong relationships with suppliers will ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.

Responsibilities
- Process purchase orders accurately and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement as needed to avoid shortages.
- Track and expedite inbound shipments to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain detailed records of all procurement activities and supplier contracts.
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing spend, delivery status, and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics coordination.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
