Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the procurement of raw materials and goods to ensure production continuity.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best value for Surya Pangan.
- Analyze market data and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding purchasing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Purchasing or Supply Chain role within the manufacturing or food industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence external partners.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and financial reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
