Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for construction materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast material requirements accurately.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with vendors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain an organized supplier database.
- Conduct vendor performance reviews and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and procurement best practices.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup while maintaining clear communication.
