Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, from requisition to final delivery of equipment and supplies.
- Source and evaluate potential vendors to ensure the best value, quality, and lead times.
- Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable contract terms with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to anticipate supply needs.
- Review and approve purchase orders for compliance with corporate budget and procurement policies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Ensure all procured items adhere to the technical specifications provided by the requesting units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of supply chain management principles and cost-control strategies.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics in vendor management.
- Residency in or willingness to work in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
