Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and identify stock replenishment needs
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and terms
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper stock rotation and storage
- Generate reports on purchasing activities and inventory status
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, or deliveries
- Support cost reduction initiatives through efficient purchasing practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement role
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local supplier networks in Rizal and surrounding areas is a plus
