We are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Admin / Technician to join a dynamic manufacturing and logistics team in Tampines. This contract role offers an attractive monthly salary of $2,500 to $2,900, along with convenient transport provided from designated pick-up points. You will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and compliance through systematic inspections, documentation, and administrative support.
Working closely with production and warehouse teams, you will perform quality checks on incoming materials, in-process goods, and finished products. The position also involves maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products according to established standards.
- Document and maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Assist in the administration of quality control procedures, including update of checklists and SOPs.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to address quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and present quality reports and dashboards to management on a regular basis.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing sample requests and maintain sample inventory.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance or administration, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Familiarity with basic quality tools (e.g., measuring gauges, checklists, ISO standards) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data recording and reporting.
- Willingness to work in Tampines area and adhere to shirt work attire policy.
