Fly Ace Corporation is seeking a detailâoriented QA Analyst to join our team in Novaliches, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products by implementing the companyâs quality standards in line with consumer specifications and legislative requirements.
You will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and management teams to identify quality gaps, develop robust test plans, and execute systematic testing processes that uphold our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities include designing and documenting test cases, performing manual testing, analyzing results, and reporting defects to the relevant stakeholders. You will also be responsible for tracking issues through resolution, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented efficiently and that process improvements are continuously identified.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, excellent problemâsolving abilities, and the capacity to work in a fastâpaced production setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and quality documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Execute manual testing on products, processes, and systems to verify compliance with consumer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using the companyâs issue tracking system, and follow up on resolution with crossâfunctional teams.
- Conduct rootâcause analysis for quality issues and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and management to communicate quality expectations and ensure adherence to quality processes.
- Continuously improve QA procedures, recommend process enhancements, and support training initiatives for quality awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1â2 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficient in creating detailed test cases and documenting test results.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with crossâfunctional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastâpaced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with ISO or other quality management standards is a plus.
