Responsibilities
- Conduct regular quality inspections of products to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications
- Implement and maintain good warehousing practices to optimize inventory management and product safety
- Provide technical support to warehouse staff and production teams regarding quality control procedures
- Document quality control findings and maintain accurate records of inspections and corrective actions
- Assist in developing and updating quality assurance protocols and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement improvements
- Monitor warehouse operations to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in quality assurance, warehousing, or logistics is advantageous
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and good warehousing practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
- Basic technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using quality control software and inventory management systems
