To sustain our commitment to excellence, we are looking for a meticulous QA Engineer to join our West Region facility in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining rigorous quality assurance protocols that safeguard the integrity of our products and processes.
Working closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams, you will design test strategies that cover functional, performance, and compliance requirements. Your expertise will drive the early detection of defects, accelerate release cycles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Key responsibilities include creating detailed test plans, executing both manual and automated test suites, analyzing results, and generating actionable insights to enhance product reliability. You will leverage tools such as JIRA, Selenium, and SQL to track issues, validate data, and ensure that all releases meet ISO and industry standards. Additionally, you will conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and process reviews to identify optimization opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for new and existing products.
- Execute manual and automated testing to validate product functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and regression testing.
- Perform root cause analysis and work with engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
- Conduct risk assessments and quality audits to uphold compliance with ISO standards.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress.
- Provide regular quality metrics reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Support the adoption of Agile/DevOps practices and mentor junior QA staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 2â4 years of handsâon experience in QA testing within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in both manual testing and automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies (ISTQB, CSTE).
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and basic programming skills (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
