Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, inâprocess, and final product inspections to ensure conformity with specifications.
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Conduct regular internal audits and support external audits for ISO/TS certifications.
- Analyze quality data using statistical tools to identify trends and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Design and deliver training sessions for production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to investigate nonâconformities and implement rootâcause solutions.
- Monitor calibration schedules of measurement equipment and maintain traceability records.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen to enhance process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality management systems.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM) and basic statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate clear reports.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for training and crossâfunctional collaboration.
- Proactive attitude, detailâoriented mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/MES systems is a plus.
