We are seeking a QA Executive / Engineer to uphold our quality assurance standards across manufacturing, transport, and logistics operations. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes, testing strategies, and quality metrics to ensure product conformity.
- Design and execute test plans and test cases; document defects and track resolution.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure QA requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead root cause analysis of defects, drive corrective and preventive actions, and verify effectiveness.
- Assist with supplier and internal audits; ensure documentation supports compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards.
- Monitor quality performance, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 4+ years of experience in QA or QA engineering within manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, inspection techniques, and quality tools (eg Six Sigma, root cause analysis, SPC).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, GMP/GLP, and regulatory requirements; experience with audits is a plus.
- Proficient data analysis skills and experience with QA software, test management tools, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities; willingness to travel as needed.
