Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using calibrated measuring instruments
- Document quality control results in detailed reports and maintain accurate inspection records
- Identify, document, and report quality non-conformities with photographic evidence
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Verify compliance with ISO standards, company specifications, and customer requirements
- Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives
- Train junior staff on inspection procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or logistics
- Proficiency in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality control methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
