Cord Chemicals Inc. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QA/QC Technical Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Silang, Cavite. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of product quality, ensuring that every batch of chemical products meets rigorous safety and efficiency benchmarks.

You will work closely with production teams to monitor processes, perform quality testing, and implement corrective actions. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished chemical goods.
- Perform laboratory testing and analyze samples to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Document all quality findings, test results, and deviations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the production team to identify root causes of quality issues and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Ensure that the manufacturing facility adheres to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor equipment calibration and maintenance logs to ensure operational accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related science-based field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing or chemical plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Silang, Cavite, from Monday to Saturday.
- Ability to work effectively in a factory floor environment with physical demands.
- Strong technical documentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
