Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate daily operational processes to ensure compliance with J&T Express company standards and SOPs.
- Conduct regular quality audits across branch operations to identify and mitigate risks.
- Analyze operational performance data and prepare comprehensive reports for management regarding branch efficiency.
- Collaborate with station heads to implement corrective actions for recurring operational issues.
- Train and mentor front-line staff on quality control protocols and best practices for safe parcel handling.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and operational feedback.
- Champion a culture of safety and excellence within the assigned area of operation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, or Logistics supervision.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a high standard of professional integrity.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pasig City and travel within the assigned area if required.
