NBC Food Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated QAQC Assistant to join our production team in Sungai Petani. You will work closely with the Quality Assurance team to monitor production processes, conduct rigorous inspections, and ensure full compliance with food safety regulations. Responsibilities
- Monitor and record production line activities to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Perform regular inspections of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
- Assist in conducting laboratory tests and analyzing quality control samples.
- Maintain accurate documentation and logs for all quality checks and audits.
- Report non-conformance issues immediately to the QA/QC supervisor.
- Ensure the production environment adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
- Participate in periodic internal quality audits and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in food manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in production.
- Basic knowledge of Food Safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000) is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a production plant setting.
