Responsibilities
- Perform routine visual and physical inspections of incoming materials and finished goods.
- Document quality test results accurately in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
- Identify, report, and isolate non-conforming products to prevent defects from proceeding down the supply chain.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production line staff to address quality concerns in real-time.
- Support the QC team in auditing processes to ensure consistent output quality.
- Maintain equipment used for testing and ensure calibration status is up to date.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an asset, but not mandatory as training is provided.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Sibu, Sarawak are preferred.
