Responsibilities
- Perform thorough quality inspections on finished jewellery pieces to ensure they meet company standards and specifications
- Conduct visual and technical examinations using appropriate testing equipment and magnification tools
- Identify and document product defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards
- Collaborate with production teams to communicate quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation for traceability
- Ensure proper handling and storage of jewellery items during the inspection process
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification or equivalent
- Prior experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing environment preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong observational skills and high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working with small, intricate objects and fine details
- Basic understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Singapore citizens or permanent residents only
