Qualifications

  • GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or Diploma in Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (e.g., Basic Food Hygiene Course or equivalent).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a QC or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, or similar food safety management systems is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective staff supervision and team collaboration.
  • Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform manual inspection tasks.
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and report generation.
