Responsibilities
- Assist QC team to perform product and raw material inspections in line with GMP guidelines.
- Record inspection results, maintain quality records and documentation.
- Sample, test, and verify product quality at various stages of production.
- Support non-conforming material investigations and root-cause analysis.
- Monitor production processes for compliance with quality specs and food safety standards.
- Participate in internal audits and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Collaborate with production, engineering and procurement to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Enter data into QA systems and generate basic reports.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Diploma/Certificate in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Chemistry, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to follow SOPs.
- Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety standards.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiar with QA software or data entry.
- Good communication skills in English; able to work in a team.
- Willingness to learn, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to internship duration and ability to work in Hougang area.
