Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure they meet strict specifications and safety standards.
- Analyze inspection data and defect reports to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to production supervisors and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Quality Control logs, test results, and non-conformance reports in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, improve processes, and reduce waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with company quality policies, ISO standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Train and guide junior staff on proper inspection techniques and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and inspection methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using inspection tools, measurement devices, and quality software.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
