Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform quality testing and analysis using specialized equipment and measurement tools
- Document quality control findings, maintain accurate records, and prepare inspection reports
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly
- Monitor manufacturing processes to detect deviations from established quality protocols
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance product quality
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical certificate in engineering, manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, ISO standards, and inspection techniques
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and quality control software
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures and guidelines
