Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards (e.g., AS9100).
- Conduct internal and external audits to assess QMS effectiveness, identify non-conformances, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Supply Chain) to integrate quality requirements into product development and manufacturing processes.
- Manage and control QMS documentation, ensuring all procedures, work instructions, and records are current and compliant.
- Facilitate quality training programs for employees to enhance awareness and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or 8D problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or QMS role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductors or electronics.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001 certified Quality Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, PPAP).
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
