Join Jollibee Foods Corporation as a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager in Laguna, where you will lead a high-performing QA team to ensure products meet the highest standards of quality and safety across manufacturing operations. You will design and optimize quality systems, oversee GMP, HACCP, and ISO-based programs, and drive proactive quality improvements that protect consumers and strengthen brand trust. As a key partner to Production, Engineering, Procurement, and R&D, you will implement robust inspection protocols, supplier quality management, and traceability systems to prevent quality issues and ensure regulatory compliance. You will monitor quality metrics, lead root cause analyses, and drive CAPA programs that reduce defects, waste, and product recalls. You will mentor and develop the QA team, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to protect product quality and brand integrity.

Responsibilities
- Lead the QA team and ensure product quality and safety across all Laguna production lines.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems, including SOPs, work instructions, and corrective action programs (CAPA).
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits, including supplier quality audits, and coordinate responses to non-conformities.
- Oversee GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001 compliance, food safety programs, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, implement process improvements, and drive defect reduction and waste minimization.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and R&D to ensure materials meet specs and process controls.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, ensuring timely closure and measurable results.
- Coach and develop QA staff, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in QA within food manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and food safety regulations; experience with relevant certifications (e.g., FSSC 22000) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Proven track record of leading audits, CAPA, and supplier quality management.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and people-management skills; fluent in English; Filipino language skills are a plus.
