In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our quality management system, ensuring that every logistics operation meets stringent regulatory requirements and internal performance benchmarks.
You will play a pivotal part in optimizing inventory control, managing quarantine protocols, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives. We are looking for an analytical mind capable of identifying bottlenecks and implementing robust CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) measures to drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end quality inspection processes for incoming and outgoing logistics inventory.
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Manage quarantine control procedures for non-conforming goods, ensuring proper isolation and documentation.
- Lead and document CAPA and 8D investigations to resolve root causes of operational defects.
- Analyze logistics performance data to identify trends and propose actionable process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of accuracy in inventory management and documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management to facilitate informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control or assurance, preferably within a logistics or warehousing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards and regulatory logistics compliance.
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis using 8D methodology and other quality tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical quality requirements effectively to stakeholders.
