Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of incoming raw materials and finished goods to ensure strict compliance with quality standards.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed quality control logs and reports.
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving product defects or deviations from technical specifications.
- Collaborate with production staff to implement corrective actions and improve manufacturing processes.
- Ensure all quality control procedures align with company policies and relevant ISO standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or Diploma in Manufacturing/Engineering is preferred.
- Previous experience in a quality control, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the proven ability to identify minor imperfections.
- Good understanding of quality assurance principles and industry standards.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office) for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
