Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality specifications and regulatory standards.
- Monitor production and warehouse workflows to identify potential quality risks, non-conformities, or deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Document all quality findings accurately, maintain detailed inspection logs, and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
- Collaborate closely with production and warehouse teams to investigate root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and ISO quality management standards throughout the facility.
- Train and guide production staff on proper quality control techniques and the importance of maintaining high-quality output.
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous process optimization.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in using quality inspection tools, measurement devices, and computer systems (ERP or MES experience is preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and perform physical tasks as required.
