Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality Control Head in implementing and maintaining the quality control system in compliance with QMS standards
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document quality control activities, findings, and corrective actions in accordance with company procedures
- Identify and report quality issues, non-conformities, and potential improvements
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related problems
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and prepare regular reports
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality control
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with Quality Management System (QMS) standards and ISO requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of welding processes and industry standards is a plus
