Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and procedures.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Facilitate staff training sessions on quality protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and food safety awareness.
- Manage non-conformance reports and oversee root cause analysis investigations.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections or certifications.
- Prepare comprehensive quality reports for management to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a QMS role within a food manufacturing facility.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000 standards.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and documentation accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence quality culture across all levels of the organization.
