Responsibilities
- Assist in contract administration for electrical construction projects
- Prepare and submit accurate progress claims to clients and stakeholders
- Liaise with clients regarding claims, variations, and cost adjustments
- Analyze project costs to ensure budget adherence and financial control
- Review and evaluate tender documents and contractor quotations
- Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and compliance
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of financial records and variations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical quantity surveying
- Proficiency in cost estimation and financial management software
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and construction law
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, PQS) preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
