Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Measure quantities and prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions
- Monitor project costs and track expenditure against budget allocations
- Conduct measurement and take-off works for variation orders
- Prepare and process progress claims and interim valuations
- Administer contracts and manage subcontractor payments
- Assist in final accounts preparation and settlement
- Maintain measurement books and cost documentation records
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction field
- Prior experience in a Main Contractor environment is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation principles
- Understanding of measurement standards and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
