Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of laboratory samples and formulation development for personal care and home care products.
- Conduct routine stability and sensory evaluations to ensure product performance meets quality standards.
- Maintain detailed laboratory records, raw material inventories, and technical documentation for all projects.
- Support scale-up processes by participating in pilot-scale validation trials alongside the manufacturing team.
- Perform physical and chemical analysis of raw materials and finished goods using standard laboratory equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot formulation challenges during the development stage.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety protocols within the R&D facility.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
- Strong understanding of chemical formulations and basic laboratory analytical techniques.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced R&D environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data reporting.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Available for a full-time contract commitment based in Tangerang, Banten.
