Responsibilities
- Organize, sort, and file radiology imaging files and patient diagnostic records accurately.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive patient information in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist radiographers in preparing patient rooms and ensuring equipment is ready for examinations.
- Perform data entry tasks to update patient information in the Radiology Information System (RIS).
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the timely retrieval and delivery of imaging results.
- Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies used within the radiology department.
- Provide front-line support by assisting patients with registration and guiding them to imaging suites.
- Perform regular administrative duties to support the efficient daily operations of the clinic.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field; candidates with healthcare administration certifications are preferred.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital environment is an advantage, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in documentation.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable learning new medical software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle patient interactions with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential data with the highest level of integrity.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict safety and quality standards.
