Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of wireless RAN projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Drive RAN engineering execution, including site upgrades, capacity expansion, and new technology rollouts.
- Manage technical teams and third-party vendors to maintain high standards of network performance and reliability.
- Optimize network architecture to support evolving wireless standards and increased data traffic demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network engineering strategies with business objectives.
- Implement rigorous troubleshooting procedures to resolve complex RAN performance issues effectively.
- Ensure all technical deployments comply with corporate safety protocols and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) engineering and project management.
- In-depth knowledge of 4G/LTE and 5G network architecture, deployment, and optimization.
- Proven track record in leading engineering teams within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure technical environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with proficiency in English.
- Professional certification in telecommunications or project management (PMP/PRINCE2) is a strong advantage.
