Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and manage a robust pipeline of property leads through various channels.
- Provide expert advisory services to clients regarding market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate and conduct professional property viewings and site inspections for prospective buyers.
- Manage the entire end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry through to successful closing and after-sales support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property developers, owners, and prospective investors.
- Prepare high-quality marketing materials and utilize digital platforms to showcase property listings effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Setia Alam property market and competitive landscapes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate, property sales, or a related sales-driven industry is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build immediate rapport.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a strong desire for high commission-based earnings.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute positively to a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Possession of a valid driverβs license and own transport is required for client meetings.
- Excellent command of English, Malay, or Chinese (to communicate with diverse client segments).
- Professional appearance and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
