As a Real Estate Negotiator, you will leverage a robust CRM, market insights, and a network of buyers and investors to build a strong sales pipeline. You will analyze property values, communicate effectively with clients, and coordinate with partners to deliver timely, accurate proposals and contracts. Fluency in English is required, with additional Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin being a strong plus to serve a diverse client base.

Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify property leads, understand client needs, and tailor solutions accordingly
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Present listings with confidence, conduct market analysis, and deliver persuasive sales pitches
- Coordinate property viewings, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed targets
- Maintain accurate client and deal records in the CRM; ensure timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
Qualifications
- Proven real estate sales or negotiation experience; 1–2+ years preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales; strong networking skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and in a team
- Proficient with CRM platforms and MS Office; strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is advantageous
- Valid real estate license or certifications considered a plus
