Private Advertiser is seeking a driven Real Estate Negotiator to lead sales, acquisitions, and leasing activities for both residential and commercial properties across Malaysia. In this role, you will develop and execute targeted strategies to maximize revenue, build lasting client relationships, and expand our property portfolio.
You will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating property listings, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the entire transaction processâfrom initial inquiry to final closing. Your expertise in market analysis will enable you to provide dataâdriven recommendations, while your communication skills will foster trust and confidence among buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Key activities include:
- Creating and implementing sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities in residential and commercial sectors.
- Conducting property valuations and comparative market analyses.
- Drafting and reviewing offers, purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
- Coordinating property viewings, open houses, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and reporting on performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive residential and commercial property transactions.
- Source, evaluate, and list new properties to expand the company's portfolio.
- Negotiate contracts, offers, and lease agreements to secure favorable terms for clients.
- Conduct market research and comparative analysis to advise clients on pricing and market trends.
- Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate client records and generate performance reports using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1â2 years of experience as a real estate negotiator or sales agent.
- Proven track record in closing residential and/or commercial property deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Malaysian property laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid real estate license or certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Selfâmotivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.
