As an In-House Sales Specialist, you will be the face of Filinvest, guiding prospective buyers through the journey of property acquisition. Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, and digital lead generation.
- Conduct professional site tours and property presentations for potential buyers.
- Provide expert advice on property features, financing options, and market trends.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing and turnover.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of client leads and follow up consistently to ensure conversion.
- Represent Filinvest in property expos, roadshows, and community events to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the documentation team to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet monthly sales quotas.
- Proficiency in digital tools and social media platforms for property marketing.
- Professional demeanor with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City.
