Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, and respond to general inquiries with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Manage front-desk operations, including visitor sign-in, mail handling, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and assist with calendar management.
- Maintain organized reception area and ensure a welcoming, clean environment.
- Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to relay information accurately and promptly.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Assist in improving customer experience by identifying and suggesting process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and professional appearance.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace; basic data entry and administrative skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure with attention to detail.
- Team player with positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information respectfully.
