Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account executives and clients to translate business needs into detailed job specifications
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes, applications, and profiles to identify candidates meeting technical and cultural requirements
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate records and optimize recruitment workflows using ATS systems
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven expertise in candidate sourcing through digital platforms and traditional methods
- Strong interview skills with ability to assess technical competencies and cultural alignment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with stakeholders
